What is NLP?

There is no one singular definition that covers everything as the Neuro Linguistic Programming world vast which produces a wide range of benefits.

What is a Therapeutic NLP Coaching?

Therapeutic NLP Coaching provides you with a process that gives you effective tools and proven techniques producing results by creating effective, fast and painless change.


Therapeutic NLP Coaching uses a clear and structured framework, using Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis for resolving past issues and then puts on your future time line the most compelling actions to achieve your goals.


What is a personal Breakthrough?

This a supercharged, intensive two day therapeutic NLP coaching session that is a quick way to achieve the important, compelling and meaningful changes in yourself that you have desired for too long. The Breakthrough will use a range of personal development technologies including NLP, Time Line Therapy and hypnosis to ensure you make the changes you deserve.


What could a personal Breakthrough do for me?

A Breakthrough session is a rapid way to get your life in order – as the session is intensive you will get a great sense of focus, direction, purpose and quantum leaps in you thinking within hours. This focus and clarity will enable you to deal with any issues and presenting problems. All together you will have a renewed sense of congruency, confidence and empowerment, together with the motivation to move forward in the direction you want to go. Previous clients have noticed major improvements in how they think and act following the release of self-doubts and anxieties.

How does it work?

Our thoughts and behaviours come from years of memories, decisions, beliefs, values that are all stored in the unconscious mind. Using a wide range of methods and models working with the conscious and unconscious mind you can establish how your thoughts, behaviours, values and beliefs are keeping you within your current situations. You can then rapidly change with guidance whatever you need to bring about positive changes in your life, increased self-awareness, improved communication and change of outdated patterns.


This may sound complicated; however I know already you will be able to do this as it is totally practical, fun and extremely effective with rapid results. The Breakthrough is totally personalised for you and your results.


How long is a Breakthrough?

The Breakthrough session itself is a 2 full days of intensive therapeutic NLP coaching, however your time and support with me starts the moment we agree to work together. The support you will get spans over 6 months and will include an initial discussion about your desired outcomes and the setting of pre-session tasks. After the Breakthrough session you will get two follow-up calls and a 60-minute coaching session. You will have access to myself throughout the 6 month period for support and to answer your questions.


Why do I need a Breakthrough?

If you are reading this, then there is a likely hood that you feel there is something missing in your life or you are not quite satisfied in all areas of your life. Or you may be thinking something like “Is what I am or have now, all I am worth?”

Has NLP been scientifically validated?

No, nor does NLP make any claims to be scientific or to be based on studies that compare the average behaviour of one group with the average behaviour of another. NLP is a model that works on individual performance. However, there is a vast array of anecdotal evidence that suggests that huge numbers of people have benefited massively from the NLP mind set and techniques, and had some quite remarkable improvements in personal performance.


What does content free mean?

The field of NLP makes the distinction between process and content. NLP is a process (not content) model. Take traditional methods of personal change where for example clients often recall and talk about events in their past that cause them problems (i.e. traditional counselling). NLP on the other hand does not try to resolve the challenge by looking at the detail of what and why. It looks at the process, the behaviour. Most importantly NLP is designed to be content free and clients love the fact they don’t have to relive the detail of traumatic events from their past.


Often clients say that making changes with NLP is significantly less traumatic than traditional methods and does not cause the same levels of anxiety. People are keen to use NLP because there is no need to share the detail of events with their Practitioner. Some clients also say that they didn’t realise just how much fun they could have, getting rid of for example their old phobia!


Is it safe?

Yes! Totally! Safety, ethical practice and helping others are of uttermost importance to me, and is the highest priority in everything I do.


Am I in control?

Absolutely. I understand that this is a natural concern for people. You can be assured that everything we do in our sessions is in line with your outcome, is with your permission and is within your full control. The changes only ever come from within you, in line with what you want, so you have all the power! I am just your guide and assist you in facilitating the processes.


Is it for me?

Everyone has different beliefs and wants different things out of coaching. I understand that NLP may be quite a new concept for some people and can sound a bit odd to start with. It was odd to me as well until I had studied extensively on the speciality, saw and personally the effects it has had and the changes it makes.


For the best results coming with an open and curious mind with the excitement of what the learnings and insights will bring you. I know already that you will have the skills to make and create the changes you deserve, I will never ask you to do anything without your permission, although do expect me to stretch you and push you to and beyond the boundaries of your comfort zone.
